Who makes your products?

Our products are meticulously crafted by skilled artisans, including both women and men, who excel in their respective crafts. We prioritize sourcing directly from these artisans to ensure fair trade practices, maintain high product standards, and guarantee safe working conditions. Currently, we collaborate with talented individuals from various regions across Mexico, fostering both their artistry and economic empowerment. This commitment not only supports the artisans but also enriches our offerings with unique, handmade goods that reflect their cultural heritage.

How do I care for my embroidered product?

We recommend hand washing them with gentle soap, non-bleach, with your delicates or by hand, and hang to dry. Be careful to wash any item that is of color, for example, a red mask, with any whites because it can bleed.

Are your products only from Oaxaca?

Our products are sourced from a variety of regions across Mexico, including Michoacán, Jalisco, Guerrero, Puebla, Hidalgo, Chiapas, and Oaxaca. We aim to collaborate with artisans throughout the country to both learn from and share the rich cultural heritage that Mexico has to offer. This approach not only enhances our understanding of traditional crafts but also helps preserve and promote the unique artistry found in each region.

Can you do custom projects?

As we collaborate directly with numerous artisans, we gladly accept custom orders as part of our offerings. If you're interested in creating something unique, please reach out to us at hello@findingvettey.com to discuss your design ideas.

What is your return policy?

All of our products are final. If in any case you are not completely satisfied, please send us an email at hello@findingvettey.com to discuss.

I placed an order, yay! When should I expect my shipment to arrive?

Kindly allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Once shipped, delivery within the U.S. typically takes an additional 4-7 business days.

My package never showed up or was lost in transit. What can I do?

We understand how frustrating this situation can be. After placing your order, we provide a tracking number to help you monitor its progress. However, please note that Finding Vettey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and we cannot replace items once a tracking number has been issued. If your package is lost, you can file a claim with the shipping carrier, and if they approve the claim, we can discuss possible options with you. I received my order, but it arrived damaged. What can I do?

Before shipping our products, we conduct thorough quality control to ensure that all items meet our high standards. However, because each piece is handmade, there may be minor inconsistencies that contribute to the beauty and uniqueness of the product. If your items arrive damaged due to shipping, please contact us athello@findingvettey.comand include photos of the box and the damaged item. While we cannot control how packages are handled during shipping, we can assist you in filing a claim and exploring possible solutions.

Oh no! My order arrived, but it is not the right color. What do I do?
